Educational discount licenses are sold to full-time students, faculty, staff and employees of accredited non-profit educational institutions. You are required to have an email address which belongs to such an institution. The information you provide about your institution may be used to conduct a check of your qualification.
Educational discount licenses may only be used for teaching and learning, not for commercial purposes by either an individual or an organization.
One license can be used by one developer for one year on up to two machines in an unlimited number of installations.

The licenses are fully functional, but limited to one year from the date of purchase. After a year you will be required to purchase a new license. The purchase is limited for 1 item per email address. For site license and volume purchase for educational purposes, please contact our sales.

- We currently offer node-locked licenses that can be installed on up to two machines, as long as these are being used by the same user. You may reuse the license when moving to a new machine, see the FAQ for more details.
